A leading child development organization in southwest Ohio seeks an EHS Teacher. This role involves teaching infants and toddlers, supporting developmental needs, and ensuring health and safety. Miami Valley Child Development Centers is southwest Ohio's Head Start Agency. For over 55 years, we've been providing FREE early learning and childcare to children from 6 weeks to age 5. Our two-generational approach builds family well-being by working with children and their families to access resources, solve problems, and develop skills. We partner with Family Support Specialists, Home Visitors, and Coaches. Families must generally earn 100% or less of the Federal Poverty Level; children experiencing homelessness, foster, or kinship care are also eligible. Some children with disabilities may qualify. We offer full-day and part-day options at over 27 locations in Montgomery, Clark, and Madison counties.
Full-Time, Full-Year, Non-Exempt
As an EHS Teacher, you will teach infants and toddlers, supporting their growth, development, and daily supervision. You will prepare children for kindergarten using an engaging, theme-based curriculum that balances structure and relationship-building. Responsibilities include lifting infants, maintaining supervision of health and safety standards, planning and assessing developmental needs, and ensuring activities are developmentally appropriate.
Must have an Infant and Toddler CDA.

Salary: Compensation will be based on education and experience.
