Job summary

Qualifications

• AA degree in Early Childhood/Child Development preferred.
• Education coursework including infant-toddler focus.
• Experience with infants/toddlers and families preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide developmentally appropriate activities using High Scope curriculum.
• Coordinate daily lessons with individual goals and parent input.
• Record ongoing assessments and progress for each child.
• Ensure health and safety of children, families, and staff.
• Conduct two parent/teacher conferences and home visits per Head Start standards.
