Qualifications

  • Level II/III require higher degrees and coursework in Infant/Toddler development.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure classroom safety and health standards per Head Start.
  • Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.
  • Administer developmental screenings and maintain portfolios.
  • Conduct educational conferences with families (home & site).
  • Support and mentor staff; coordinate with teachers and family advocates.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics in line with policy.
