Job summary

Youth In Need is seeking an Infant Toddler Educator to create a warm, welcoming classroom and partner with parents to support children’s growth.

The role requires a CDA credential (or related degree with ECE coursework) and 3+ years in an Early Head Start or licensed program. Compensation is hourly, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

This Position

• We are interested in Infant Toddler Educators with a minimum of an Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (we can help you get this!) OR a degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development Related degree or credential will be considered with at least 12 hours of ECE/Child Development coursework.
• We're looking for someone with experience working in an Early Head Start Program or a licensed community childcare program and who has 3 or more years' experience.

This is an hourly position, starting at $22/hour with the required CDA credential or equivalent or $16.19/hour prior to obtaining the required CDA credential or equivalent.

Salary: $16.29 - $22.14 per hour
