Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and Infant/Toddler CDA provided upon hire
• OR Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Physical exam and background check are required for this position
• KY driver's license preferred and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers
• Foster nurturing relationships to support emotional and social development
• Communicate with families, colleagues, and external stakeholders for collaborative child development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment
• Observe and document children's progress to inform individualized planning
• Support children's emotional regulation and social skills through positive behavior strategies
• Collaborate with co-teachers to plan and execute daily routines and activities
• Adhere to licensing, safety, and health regulations
