Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a licensed center.
• Must pass State of Georgia and FBI background checks.
• Ability to lift a 15-30 pound child frequently throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Foster an open, friendly, and cooperative relationship with each child and family.
• Teach basic literacy and foundational math skills to mastery.
• Organize and lead activities to promote physical, mental and social development.

Skills

Direct experience with infants/toddlers

Strong written and communication skills

Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices

Education

Bachelors, Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or CDA

First Aid/CPR certification
