Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. in Tracy, CA seeks an Infant Development Specialist to support infants and toddlers (0-3 years) with developmentally appropriate activities and individualized planning.

You will collaborate with families and center staff, document progress in daily reports, ensure safety, and create nurturing environments that promote social-emotional and cognitive growth.

Qualifications

• At least three units specific to Infant/Toddler (0-3)
• AA/BA degrees in ECE/child development are acceptable pathways
• Must meet center educational requirements

Responsibilities

• Create and implement curriculum and small group experiences linked to infants/toddlers' development
• Understand growth and development of 0-3 years and tailor activities accordingly
• Maintain safe, supervised environments and positive interactions
• Create enriched environments connected to curriculum with safe risk opportunities
• Provide excellent family-facing communication and progress updates
• Collaborate with center team to deliver high-quality programs
