Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking an Infant Development Specialist in Costa Mesa, CA to support infants and toddlers from 0 to 3 years old. You will create developmentally appropriate curricula, ensure safety, and partner with families to promote child growth.

The role requires nurturing, culturally responsive practice, strong teamwork, and ability to manage daily reports and progress notes. Full-time schedule, with a 9am–6pm shift and campus-based environment.

Qualifications

• Requires at least three units in Infant/Toddler (0-3)
• AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Teacher or above Child Development Permit issued by CA CTC

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and small group experiences for infants/toddlers
• Understand growth and development of 0–3 year olds and meet needs accordingly
• Maintain safe, nurturing environments and supervise children at all times
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality programs and learning spaces
• Document progress and communicate with families regularly
