Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a licensed-eligible psychologist to conduct diagnostic and standardized developmental assessments for infants and toddlers in North Carolina. You will interview families, observe children in natural settings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to determine eligibility for early intervention services.

You will prepare formal reports, participate in IFSP development, and provide consultation to families and service providers.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for licensure in NC under the NC Psychology Practice Act.
• Knowledge of psychology, development and intervention principles.
• Experience with child developmental testing and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic psychological testing of infants and toddlers.
• Perform standardized developmental testing across domains.
• Observe, interview families, and assess in natural environments.
• Prepare formal assessment reports and IFSP development.
• Consult with coordinating teams and families on outcomes.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement activities.
• Provide trainings to families and agencies upon request.
