Job summary

Destiny Christian Academy seeks an EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher’s Assistant to provide developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 6 weeks to 2 years within the Early Education Center, while upholding center policies and modeling a Christ-centered witness.

On-site role requiring safety focus, teamwork, and flexibility. Responsibilities include safety, behavioral guidance, routine documentation, first aid, and supporting daily operations and parent handoffs.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain a Child Development Permit or higher within 90 days of hire.
• Infant/Toddler class completion needed or be able to enroll within a year.

Responsibilities

• Keep children safe and accounted for.
• Maintain behavior standards.
• Complete routine paperwork.
• Provide first aid and complete accident/injury reports as needed.
• Greet and monitor adults during pick-up.
• Assist in daily clean up and program closing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervising teacher.
