Job Description:

Education Explorers is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Infant Toddler Teacher Assistant to support our Infant Toddler programs. The ideal candidate will assist in fostering a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children, helping to implement a Highscope curriculum. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about early childhood education and can contribute to our inclusive and culturally responsive classrooms.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficient computer skills in utilizing digital tools such as the Kaymbu platform for classroom documentation and communication.

Self-motivated with a high energy and positive demeanor.

Step 5 or higher in the Oregon Registry Online (ORO) system.

Pass a background check.

Preference is given to candidates pursuing or holding an early childhood education degree, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is passionate about this field.

Competitive Pay: $21-$24 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Paid Vacation: Available after one year of employment.
