ALL ABOUT LEARNING LLC seeks infant teachers to provide a safe, nurturing environment and stimulate development through age-appropriate activities. You will document progress and share growth with families via the Parent Engagement App, ensuring high-quality care aligned with program standards.

Role emphasizes collaboration with colleagues, clear communication with caregivers, and a calm, supportive classroom climate promoting social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and older.
• Must pass a Background Record Check at hire and every 3 years following.
• Experience in child care is ideal, but not required (we are willing to train the right person).
• Preference in hiring is given to those who already have or would like to pursue teacher certification.
• Strong understanding of child development, classroom/time management, and ability to set priorities to meet the children's needs.
• Excellent verbal, and written communication skills (our program uses ProCare Parent Engagement App).
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide relevant experiences for children each day that encourage development in all domains, while also providing structure and routine.
• Teach foundational skills with a large focus on social and emotional development.
• Our teachers have the ability to use teaching methods, styles, and strategies that are unique for them while incorporating a play-based curriculum model.
• Ongoing documentation including progress reports, behavioral tracking, injury/incident reports, monthly goals, and observations.
• Work collaboratively with your classroom teacher and other teachers within our program.
• Communicate professionally with parents/caregivers, administration, early intervention specialists, and community partners.
• Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones.
• Create a calm and emotionally supportive environment, while continuing to address your own self-regulation and what you are contributing to the climate of the classroom.
