Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Early Childhood Education or High School diploma with life experience equivalent.
• Meets minimum preparation and state licensing standards for ECE teaching.
• Previous experience as an Early Childhood Education Teacher.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and participate in diverse learning environments and activities to help students reach learning objectives.
• Create and deliver lesson plans, implement curriculum, and assess developmental needs of students.
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment.
• Communicate positively with students, parents and staff.
• Collaborate professionally with teachers and staff to support school well-being.
