Primrose School of Liberty is seeking a caring Infant Teacher to join our team and support two infant classrooms. You will help create a safe, loving environment and follow our curriculum while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

The role emphasizes observing infant development, engaging in age-appropriate activities, and maintaining a clean, welcoming classroom. Training and ongoing coaching are provided, with a full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Patient, nurturing, and dependable caregiver.
• Interest in infant development and early learning.
• Ability to follow curriculum and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, loving, and engaging infant learning environment.
• Maintain a 1 teacher to 4 infants ratio.
• Support developmental needs through routines, reading, songs.
• Follow curriculum and document progress.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers.
• Keep classroom clean, safe, and welcoming.
