Job summary

Primrose School of Liberty is seeking a caring Infant Teacher to join our team and support two infant classrooms. You will help create a safe, loving environment and follow our curriculum while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

The role emphasizes observing infant development, engaging in age-appropriate activities, and maintaining a clean, welcoming classroom. Training and ongoing coaching are provided, with a full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

We're looking for a caring, dependable Infant Teacher to join our team and support our two infant classrooms.

What You'll Do

You'll help create a safe, loving, and engaging environment where infants can learn and thrive. Our infant classrooms maintain a 1 teacher to 4 infants ratio, giving you the opportunity to provide responsive, individualized care.

Your day may include:

• Caring for infants through feeding, diapering, naps, and daily routines
• Reading stories, singing songs, playing, and encouraging curiosity
• Supporting children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Following our curriculum and creating age-appropriate learning experiences
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom

Schedule

full-time, Monday-Friday position. Our current anticipated schedule is 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Schedules may vary from time to time based on the needs of the school, classroom coverage, and staff availability. No weekends are required.
