Qualifications

• Love for babies and passion for early childhood education.
• Experience in an infant classroom or childcare preferred.
• Must meet Virginia licensing requirements and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to infants 6 weeks to 12 months.
• Create a calm, engaging environment supporting early development.
• Follow individualized feeding, diapering, and nap schedules.
• Communicate daily with families about routines, milestones, and progress.
• Implement The Learning Experience LEAP Curriculum, fostering growth through play.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to maintain a safe, clean, nurturing classroom.
