Primrose of Keller is hiring an Infant Teacher to provide nurturing care and support the Balanced Learning curriculum. You will work with a co-teacher, follow daily lesson plans, and foster relationships with children in a low-ratio classroom.

The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, documenting daily information in our parent app, and assisting with lesson implementation; Primrose offers extensive training, benefits, and growth opportunities within a franchise network.

Qualifications

• Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency.

Responsibilities

• Is responsible for the overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children.
• Observes rules and regulations pertaining to health, safety and care of children.
• Implements approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule with Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create and explore.
• Provides verbal recognition and clear expectations for children’s behavior.
• Maintains housekeeping duties of classroom, common areas and playgrounds.
• Maintains professional appearance per employee handbook.
• Assists in other capacities as needed by Director.
