Cadence Education in Weston, MA is seeking an Infant Teacher to support daily classroom operations and Cadence Education programs. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment addressing developmental needs and following IEPs when required.

You will assist in curriculum delivery, greet families, and maintain professional relationships while ensuring safety and licensing compliance. A $1,000 bonus after 90 days is offered for EEC Certified teachers.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education.
• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed childcare center.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearances and health screenings.

Responsabilités

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families daily and establish welcoming relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership using Cadence-approved tools.
• Follow Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report accidents.
