Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an Infant Teacher to join our team and provide a safe, nurturing environment for the youngest learners. The role focuses on creating warm, engaging experiences, building relationships with families, and supporting infants in reaching developmental milestones.

You will work with a collaborative team to maintain routines, meet licensing standards, and contribute to a high-quality early childhood program.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
  • CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
  • A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
  • Authorization to work in the United States
