Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Support/Float Teacher to assist infants through preschool. You will design engaging activities, maintain routines, and collaborate with co-teachers to ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications include 18+ years old, CDA or ECE degree, and 6 months of childcare experience. Friday schedule is 12:00 PM–5:00 PM, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education required.
  • Available Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a childcare center.
  • Passion for early learning and helping children discover new skills.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a warm, consistent classroom routine for toddlers and preschoolers.

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre‑K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after‑school programs. Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a Support/Float Teacher to support our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs.

  • Authorization to work in the United States
