The Dimock Center invites applications for an Infant Teacher in the Early Head Start program in Boston. You will design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum, observe and document progress, and partner with families to support each child’s growth.
Ideal candidates hold EEC Teacher Certification or CDA with an infant/toddler focus and have at least 2 years of experience with diverse children and families.
This role is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where infants can grow and thrive. The Teacher designs and delivers individualized, developmentally appropriate curriculum informed by child observations, assessment data, and family input. Through responsive caregiving and strong partnerships, the Teacher supports positive outcomes for children and families while ensuring consistent supervision and full compliance with all program policies and federal, state, and local standards.

Works indoors and outdoors as needed. Mandated reporter; must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
