• Scheduling activities and participating in ongoing training
• Planning activities that meet physical, intellectual, emotional, and social needs
• Encouraging parent participation and providing a positive classroom environment
• Supervising children constantly, building self-esteem, and communicating with parents
• Implementing positive discipline, observing children, and promoting literacy
• Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background screening
• Willingness to obtain CDA certification
• Complete ongoing training (minimum 20 hours per week)

Nice to Haves:

• CDA or higher

• One or more years of experience
