Job summary

The Learning Experience Tomball is seeking a compassionate Infant Teacher to join our team. You will create a nurturing, developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants, lead daily activities, and collaborate with a supportive team to guide early development.

Ideal candidates will have child care experience, strong communication skills, and be committed to a safe and stimulating environment for our youngest learners.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry infants and engage in physical activities.
• Strong understanding of infant development and best practices in early childhood education.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean, and loving environment for infants.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote developmental milestones.
• Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and daily activities.
• Maintain accurate records of each child's development and care.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being and growth of the children.
• Follow all state licensing regulations and daycare policies and procedures.
