Job summary

Primrose School of West McDonough is seeking an Infant Teacher to nurture and support babies, delivering the Balanced Learning curriculum through our digital platform.

No nights or weekends, no prior experience required, and training is provided. This role offers competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive on-site leadership team dedicated to your growth and the safety of the children.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a satisfactory background check (including fingerprinting).
• Must complete Georgia's 10-hour DECAL health and safety training before applying.
• Must complete the state-required pre-service orientation before working with children.
• Must obtain current pediatric CPR and First Aid certification within 45 days of employment.
• Must complete ongoing annual training hours as required by the state.
• Must provide documentation of good physical and mental health to safely care for children.
• One of the following is preferred: a CDA credential, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, a Technical College Certificate in ECE, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience working with young children is strongly preferred, ideally with infants.
• If Seeking Career Switchers: no prior experience required — training will be provided.

• Must complete Georgia's 10-hour DECAL-required health and safety training before applying
• Must complete the state-required pre-service orientation before working alone with children
• Must obtain current pediatric CPR and First Aid certification within the first 45 days of employment (we help schedule this during your two weeks of onboarding)
• Must complete ongoing annual training hours as required by the state
• Must provide documentation of good physical and mental health to safely care for children
• One of the following is preferred: a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, a Technical College Certificate in ECE, or equivalent education and experience
• Experience working with young children is strongly preferred, ideally with infants
• If Seeking Career Switchers: no prior experience required — training will be provided
