Job summary

Primrose School of Roseville is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to guide and nurture young learners. You'll build trusted relationships with families while providing nurturing care and helping children develop their foundation. Our exclusive digital learning platform supports joyful learning experiences.

The role offers a stable schedule with no nights or weekends, open 7am-6pm, full-time shifts, and a supportive on-site leadership team.

Qualifications

• 12 Core Early Childhood Education Units including Infant/Toddler course is required (units in progress may be accepted).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills are essential.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth.
