Job summary

Berkshire Family YMCA in Pittsfield, MA seeks an Infant Teacher to nurture children aged six weeks to twelve months. About the Role:

As an Infant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the early development of children aged six weeks to twelve months. Minimum Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent certification.
• Experience working with infants or young children in a childcare setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• An associate's or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience with developmental assessments and individualized education plans.
