The Goddard School of Katy (Cinco Ranch) is seeking a passionate Infant Teacher to join their dedicated early childhood education team in Katy, TX. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ECE coursework preferred.
• Experience with infants in licensed childcare or early education.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to pass a state background check.
• Warm, patient and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with families and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care and supervision for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom environment
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• Maintain accurate daily logs including feeding schedules, diaper changes, nap times, and developmental observations
• Communicate openly and consistently with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily progress and milestones
• Ensure classroom cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with lead teachers and school administration to support curriculum goals and classroom objectives
• Build trusting, responsive relationships with infants to foster secure attachment and emotional well-being

• Ability to pass a background check in accordance with state childcare licensing requirements
• Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with families and team members
