The Learning Experience - Grand Rapids Beltline in Michigan is seeking a nurturing Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. You will provide attentive care for infants, support feeding and routines, and create engaging sensory and early learning experiences while following licensing requirements.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous infant, daycare, preschool, or childcare experience preferred.
• Experience working specifically with infants is a plus.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework preferred.
• Comfortable with feeding, diapering, and individualized infant routines.
• Patient, nurturing, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements.

Infant Teacher - Early Childhood Education

Location: The Learning Experience - Grand Rapids Beltline, MI

Pay: $16-$18 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Grand Rapids Beltline is seeking a nurturing and dependable Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team.

Our Infant Teachers create a warm, responsive environment where babies feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore. Through consistent routines, sensory experiences, and meaningful interactions, you’ll help our youngest learners reach important developmental milestones.
