Primrose School of Fishers Parkside in Fishers, IN is seeking an Infant Teacher to create a fun, safe environment with a daily schedule designed to develop children’s confidence and independence. You’ll guide little ones through small group instruction and implement the Balanced Learning curriculum.

This role offers free training, opportunities to grow, and a supportive Leadership Team. You’ll build relationships with children and families while following clear daily plans and a structured,

Qualifications

• Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency.
• Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program preferred.
• Knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children.

Responsibilities

• Overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children.
• Observes all rules and regulations at Primrose School of Fishers Parkside and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.
• Assess each child’s developmental needs on an ongoing basis.
• Implement the provided lesson plans from the Balanced Learning curriculum.
