Job summary

Primrose School of Henderson at Green Valley is seeking an Infant Teacher to nurture children from six weeks to one year old, creating a safe, loving environment where curiosity and development thrive through singing, play, and storytelling.

You will work with a co-teacher to follow the Balanced Learning curriculum, build genuine relationships with families, and support social, emotional, cognitive and physical growth with attention to small class ratios and daily prepared materials.

Responsibilities

• Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child thanks to low classroom ratios.
• Prepare materials that help children explore their environment through learning activities and active play.
• Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.
• Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
• Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
