Job summary

Primrose School of Exton is seeking a caregiver for infants, offering a weekday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role focuses on adapting teaching methods to infants, building positive relationships with families, and guiding children through daily activities and development.

Applicants should have at least one year of experience with infants and a willingness to participate in ongoing staff training and education.

• One year experience working with Infants.

Responsibilities

• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the Infants and parents.
• Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals.
• Track children’s progress and report to parents
• Help children reach developmental milestones.
• Provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative and physical development of each child.
• Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.

Salary: $18 to $25 an hour based on experience and education

Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday
