Join the Our Future Learning Center (OFLC) team!

We are looking for qualified and enthusiastic Infant Teachers (EEC Certified) to join our team. Our roles are full-time roles. At OFLC, we strive to create a loving and beneficial learning environment.

OFLC follows an emergent curriculum where teachers can express their creativity and knowledge independently into their classroom while also being supported by our program managers. We pride ourselves on our dedication to making learning exciting, expanding young minds in all areas, and creating loving bonds with the families in our care.

Minimum Requirements:

• For Infant/Toddler and Preschool Teachers, we require certification from the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC).
• For Assistant Teachers, we do not require certification, but we will assist and sponsor you in pursuing EEC certification!
• First Aid and CPR Certification is preferred, and we offer our own company sponsored training program on-site for certification by a paramedic for interested applicants.
• Should be caring, kind, and interested in the growth and development of children and the team you work with.
