About the Role

PARK EAST ACADEMY INC is seeking a passionate and nurturing Infant Teacher to join our dedicated team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners, fostering their growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants.
  • Monitor and assess each child's development and progress.
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes emotional and social growth.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and daily activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the learning experience.
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. CDA or Associate with experience.
  • Experience working with infants or in a childcare setting is a plus.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
