Job summary

Building Blocks Learning Center in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking a Part-Time Infant Support Teacher to nurture and engage our youngest learners. You’ll create age-appropriate activities, provide care, and help families stay informed about milestones.

Ideal candidates have infant experience, knowledge of early childhood development, and CPR/First Aid or a willingness to obtain it. This in-person role offers a supportive team and meaningful daily impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with infants preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood development.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Patient, caring and dependable personality.
• Strong communication with families and team.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, age-appropriate activities for infants.
• Provide loving care (feeding, diapering, naps, snuggles).
• Keep a clean, safe, and engaging classroom.
• Track milestones and share daily updates with families.
• Work as part of a positive, supportive team.
