The Goddard School offers an Infant Teacher role focused on creating a nurturing, safe setting for infants. You will implement age-appropriate programs to support physical, social and emotional development, and foster a positive learning environment.

You will work with a team of educators, observe progress, maintain documentation, and participate in parent conferences to share milestones and plan next steps for each child.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of child development and curriculum development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to develop and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
• Able to work collaboratively with a team.
• Previous experience working with infants or toddlers.

• Provide an environment that is safe, positive, nurturing, and respectful of the children.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
• Observe and assess the development of the children.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences.
• Maintain proper records, including documenting observations and milestones.

• Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
