The Goddard School located in Fulshear, TX is seeking an Assistant Infant Room Teacher. You will help the Lead Teacher implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and ensure a safe, stimulating environment for infants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Experience with young children in licensed childcare or preschool.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety guidelines.
• Must pass state background checks and meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher with age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Support children’s development through active engagement and positive interactions.
• Prepare classroom materials and maintain a safe, inviting learning environment.
• Supervise children and provide individualized support to promote belonging.
• Communicate with families about progress and daily activities.
• Adhere to health, safety guidelines and licensing regulations.
• Support daily care routines to nurture learning.
