Compensation & Pay Range:

$18-$21 per hour

Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Regular increases are considered based on additional education, stellar performance, and years of service.

Requirements

• CDA or EQUIT, Level 3 or higher in PDIS
• Previous experience working with infants
• Infant Program Supervisor qualification in Colorado
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, compassion, and a nurturing demeanor
