The Gardner School of Dedham is seeking passionate, qualified Infant & Preschool teachers to join our state-of-the-art learning environment in Dedham, MA. We support professional growth, family partnerships, and a caring, safe classroom culture.

Qualifications include EEC certification or equivalent, CPR/First Aid, and 1+ year in early childhood education. Competitive hourly pay and solid benefits are provided, with opportunities for advancement within our growing program.

Competenze

• Associates or Bachelor's in Elementary/Education or related field; 9+ months experience preferred, or HS diploma with EEC certification and 36+ months experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Intermediate PC skills and general admin tasks proficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education/Certification: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education or related degree and 9+ months of previous experience working with children (preferred), or High School diploma with EEC Certification and 36+ months of previous experience working with children (required).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Experience: 1+ years of early childhood education experience (lead or co-lead experience preferred)
• Knowledge, Skills and Physical Requirements: Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. (Required)
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks. (Required)
• Active engagement throughout the day including standing, sitting on the floor, bending, and lifting up to ~60 lbs.
• Ability to fulfill cognitive and interpersonal aspects of a classroom leadership including speaking, hearing, reading, writing, focusing attention, and building relationships
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently, sufficient to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff, implement curriculum and safety procedures, and complete written reports.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
