Job summary

The Gardner School of Dedham is hiring EEC Certified Teachers to join our passionate team in a state-of-the-art learning environment. We seek individuals dedicated to early childhood education and making a meaningful impact on each child’s day.

Lead your classroom with creativity and care while mentoring assistants, building strong relationships with families, and delivering developmentally appropriate lessons that cultivate curiosity and joy in infants and preschoolers.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education with 9+ months of experience.
• Or High School diploma with EEC Certification and 36+ months of experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your classroom with creativity, care, and excellence.
• Mentor assistant teachers and model core values: Children First, Trust, Innovation, Make a Difference.
• Build meaningful relationships with families and children.
