Job summary

Cadence Education is seeking an Infant Lead Teacher in Hanover, MD to nurture infants, implement an engaging curriculum, and communicate with families. Immediate start for a candidate who loves babies and values teamwork.

You’ll collaborate with a team to deliver developmentally appropriate activities, ensure safety, and build a positive classroom culture. Prior CDA or ECE degree and preschool lead experience are preferred, with full-time availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
• Experience rocking it as an infant teacher.
• Flexible and ready to shine during business hours.
• CDA or a college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.
• Previous preschool lead teacher experience (a must!).
• Classroom management skills that keep the team on point (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead infants with nurturing, joyful care and milestones.
• Collaborate with teachers to craft an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum.
• Share daily updates with parents to translate moments into wins.
• Guide play with safety, language, and engaging activities.
• Design a daily schedule balancing quiet time, activity, and motor skills.
