Cadence Education in Hanover, MD is seeking an Infant Lead Teacher to create a nurturing, development-focused environment for babies. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to implement age-appropriate activities, track progress, and communicate with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meets state preschool lead teacher requirements.
• Experience as an infant teacher.
• Flexibility to work during business hours.
• CDA or college degree in Early Childhood/Child Development or related field.
• Previous preschool lead teacher experience is a must.
• Classroom management skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing, joyful space for infants.
• Team with fellow teachers to design an age-appropriate curriculum.
• Share daily updates with parents to celebrate milestones.
• Guide play with toys, language, and activities for curiosity and safety.
