Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool, part of Spring Education Group, is seeking an Infant Lead Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team in Pennsylvania. You’ll create a safe, engaging classroom where infants can explore and develop essential skills through discovery and play.

You’ll collaborate with co-teachers and families to support each child’s growth, while upholding state licensing requirements and best practices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps infants feel secure and confident.
• Build positive partnerships with families through open, ongoing communication.
• Work collaboratively with co-teachers and school leaders to ensure an exceptional learning experience.
