Job summary

The Goddard School - Houston 2 Crossroads is seeking an Infant Lead Teacher to help implement Goddard’s comprehensive educational program and support our young learners.

Responsibilities include advancing children’s intellectual, social, and physical development; supporting emotional growth with positive guidance; executing lesson plans; maintaining a clean, inviting classroom; and collaborating with a team to respond to all children’s needs while fostering family relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience preferred for Lead Teacher role.
• Quality experience is a must to care for babies in our program.

Responsibilities

• Advancing children’s intellectual, social, and physical development.
• Supporting each child’s emotional development and providing positive guidance.
• Ensuring compliance with Goddard quality assurance, Cognia, and Texas childcare licensing.
• Executing lesson plans.
