Job summary

The Learning Experience - Foxboro, MA is seeking a nurturing and experienced Infant Lead Teacher who understands how meaningful the earliest years of a child's development truly are. You will lead a warm, responsive Infant classroom, providing individualized care while building strong family relationships and implementing the LEAP curriculum.

Responsibilities include leading daily routines, supporting feeding and development, collaborating with Assistants, and maintaining a safe, engaging

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as an Infant-Toddler Lead Teacher
• Professional infant or toddler classroom experience strongly preferred
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Infant classroom routines and learning experiences
• Provide responsive, individualized care based on each child's needs
• Support feeding, diapering, sleep, tummy time, and developmental routines
• Implement LEAP Curriculum
• Engage infants through sensory exploration, language, music, movement and play
• Observe and document children’s development
• Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
• Build trusting relationships and communicate regularly with families
• Maintain a clean, safe, nurturing, and organized classroom
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements

The Learning Experience - Foxboro, MA. Pay: $22-$23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday.

The Learning Experience - Foxboro is seeking a nurturing and experienced Infant Lead Teacher who understands how meaningful the earliest years of a child's development truly are.

You’ll lead a warm, responsive Infant classroom where individualized care, strong family relationships, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences come together to help our youngest learners thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily Infant classroom routines and learning experiences
