Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration with families and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is required or encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Support

• Provide coverage in infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-kindergarten classrooms as needed.
• Assist teachers with implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Support children\'s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Maintain active supervision of children at all times.
• Foster positive interactions and model appropriate behavior.

Child Care & Safety

• Ensure children\'s health, safety, and well-being in accordance with licensing regulations and company policies.
• Assist with meals, snacks, diapering, toileting, and rest time routines.
• Respond appropriately to children\'s needs and emergencies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environments.

Curriculum & Learning

• Support educational activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and school readiness.
• Engage children through play-based learning experiences.
• Prepare classroom materials and learning centers.
• Observe and communicate children\'s progress and developmental milestones to classroom teachers.

Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
• Assist with special events, school activities, and transitions throughout the day.
• Promote a positive and professional school culture.

Qualifications
