The Learning Experience - Blue Valley, KS is seeking a dedicated early childhood educator to join our team. You will lead a nurturing classroom, implement the LEAP curriculum, and communicate regularly with parents using multiple channels, including our mobile app and personal discussions.

You will build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen together.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for education and child care.
• 1 year teaching experience preferred or 6 months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
• Able to meet background screening/state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
• Implement the LEAP curriculum using engaging characters.
• Regularly communicate with parents about children’s adventures and progress.
