Job summary

The Learning Experience – Round Rock is seeking a devoted Infant Teacher to provide nurturing care and early learning experiences for infants. You will respond to each child’s cues, support development through age-appropriate activities, and partner with families to create a trusting, supportive environment.

You will collaborate with fellow teachers, follow center policies and licensing requirements, and help build a consistent daily routine that promotes safety, healthy sleep practices, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in childcare, infant care, or early childhood education preferred.
• Knowledge of infant development, responsive caregiving, safe sleep, feeding, and diapering practices preferred.
• Ability to meet Texas childcare licensing requirements including background screening and health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive caregiving and age-appropriate activities for infants.
• Build trusting relationships with infants and families.
• Maintain accurate daily records of feedings, diaper changes, naps, and observations.
• Follow center policies, routines, and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with co-teachers to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
