Qualifications

• CDA/TCC/Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Experience with infant childcare preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Must pass all background checks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide attentive supervision and hands-on care for infants.
• Follow established schedules for feeding, diapering, sleeping, and other daily needs.
• Recognize and respond to infants' cues and comfort needs.
• Provide age-appropriate activities for early learning and sensory development.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized infant classroom.
• Monitor infants' safety, health, and well-being.
• Record daily activities, feedings, diaper changes, naps, and other required information.
• Maintain professional communication with parents and guardians.
• Assist with preparing and organizing classroom materials.
• Follow health, safety, and childcare procedures.
• Cooperate with other teachers and staff to provide consistent care.
