Job summary

Building Kidz of Roswell is seeking an Assistant Infant Teacher to join our caring team in Roswell, GA. The role focuses on infant care, curriculum support, and family communication, with emphasis on safety and documentation.

You will collaborate with staff to deliver developmentally appropriate activities, monitor infants, and follow BK policies while engaging with families and maintaining a positive, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meets education criteria required by the state.
• 24 units of ECE or CDA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with parents and families and provide responsive customer service.
• Comply with BK and government regulations regarding the care of infants.
• Maintain accurate documentation per licensing requirements.
• Assist with planning and implementing curriculum and daily activities.
• Ensure classroom safety and maintain appropriate infant headcounts.
• Support team and participate in staff meetings.
