Job summary

Discovery Point is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support the lead teacher in planning lessons and guiding children through activities aligned with our approved curriculum. You will help promote social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth while maintaining a safe, healthy learning environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily instruction, following licensing requirements, and engaging with families to support student development.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing requirements for education and experience.
• Knowledge of early childhood education and curriculum.
• Knowledge of child care licensing rules and regulations.
• Ability to obtain training in CPR/Fire Safety and other training required.

Responsibilities
